New incinerator for garden waste
A new incinerator is being installed for garden waste management. This will help us handle leaves, twigs and other green waste from the courtyard and common areas more cleanly. Updates on commissioning will follow.

Onam — save the date
Onam is coming up in August. Plans for the community celebration aren't finalised yet — we'll share details on sadya, games and the cultural evening closer to the date. Ideas and volunteers are welcome.
